Applications

 Methods 1: The magazine stack holds dozens of nameplates on one end and shuttles a single nameplate into the marking field where it is marked. After the mark is complete, the nameplate tag is pushed out of the marking field while the next nameplate is shuttled in from the collection box 

Methods 2: The batch nameplates are directly placed in the nameplate slot, and the top of the slot is facing the laser marking galvanometer for automatic marking. After the marking is completed, the movable pneumatic suction cup on the edge of the slot is used to suck the top nameplate of the slot and put it into the marked nameplate collection box.

Methods 3: Nampel plate solt was place in workbench, movbale pneumatic suction cup loading one pieces name plate to laser marking galvoanomemeter marking area, after done marking , the button of name plate have push parts direclty shuttled name plate to collection box , penumatic sucton cup loading another new pcs name plate for marking again

Feature

Name Plate Marking hopper and the plate feed mechanism are custom sized for one size of tag.

The operator loads a stack of plates into the input hopper. An automatic feeding mechanism transports each plate into the lasing chamber for marking, then the plate is ejected into a bin while the next plate is moved to the marking position.

The full-featured plate production software allows the system to operate as a network device or stand-alone system.  It can be configured to receive data from any source.
