Training:3-10 working-day training free of charge in factory. Local training in buyer's workshop is available. Oversea buyer will be training via WEB meeting .
if need oversea site training accommodation fee and Travel fee will be charged by buyer.
Warranty : Whole machine has a warranty period of 12 months since the delivery.
Guarantee period: During 1 year, it will be free of charge for repairing. If need to fly overseas the travel fee and accommodation will be taken responsibilities by buyers. It can be maintained all the life. We need to charge the cost fee for components after 1 year guarantee. Delivery fee will be taken responsibilities by buyers.
Payment Term: 30% to be paid before shipping ,70% to be paid before delivery (payment paid after machine pass the buyer acceptance & confirmation )
Acceptance & Confirm term : before packing ,during parking ,and before shipping picture & video ,machine serial number and name plate picture ,video share via WEB or APP )
Customization model will be 50% in advance and 50% balance paid before delivery
Discrepancy and Claim: Any claim by the Buyers on the goods shipped shall be filed within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination and supported by a survey report issued by a surveyor approved by the Sellers. Claims in respect to matters. within the responsibility of the insurance company or of the shipping company will not be considered of entertained by the Sellers.
