Laser Cutting Machine Main Components 
1. Host: The laser cutting machine consists of a bed, crossbeam, worktable, Z-axis system, gas control system, electronic control system, transmission system, protective housing, safety system, etc., collectively referred to as the host. When cutting, the laser cutting machine first places the workpiece on the worktable, then uses a  linear motor to drive the crossbeam to control the movement of the XY axis . The user can adjust the parameters according to their needs. 
2. Laser source : It is the core component of the laser cutting machine and the "power source" for the laser cutting machine to perform cutting operations. Compared with other types of lasers, the fiber laser used in Shanghai Industrial Laser Cutting Machine has the advantages of higher photoelectric efficiency, longer service life, less maintenance, and lower cost.

3. Laser Cutting head: The cutting head of the laser cutting machine is a laser output device, which consists of a nozzle, a focusing lens, and a focus tracking system. The cutting head of the laser cutting machine will move according to the set cutting trajectory, but under different materials, different thicknesses, and different cutting methods, the focus position of the laser cutting head is automatically controlled by the CNC. 
4. Water chiller: The water chiller is the cooling device of the fiber laser cutting machine. It can quickly and efficiently cool the laser, spindle, and other devices. Today's chillers all contain input and output control device switches as well as advanced functions such as cooling water flow and high and low temperature alarms, and their performance is more stable. 
5. Linear motor: A linear motor refers to a motor that controls the operation of mechanical components in a linear system. The linear motor can control speed and position accuracy very accurately, and can convert control signals into speed and position to drive the controlled object. High-quality  linear motors can effectively ensure the cutting accuracy, positioning speed and repeatability of the laser cutting machine. 
6. Gas supply system: The gas supply system of the laser cutting machine mainly includes gas source, filter device and pipeline. The gas source includes bottled gas, liquefied gas, and compressed air. 
7. Control system: It mainly controls the machine tool to realize the movement of the X, Y, and Z axes, and also controls the output power of the fiber laser.

3-10 working-day training free of charge in factory. Local training in buyer's workshop is available. Accommodation fee and Travel fee will be charged by buyer. 
1. The supplier is responsible for training 2 equipment application engineers for the buyer at a time.
2.Training content: equipment safety operating procedures, equipment daily maintenance, product cutting methods, etc..
3.Requirements for trainees: Must have a junior high school education level or above
4.Training Method : Online Video Meeting ,and Online machine remote control ,or location training
